HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In case the customer is not satisfied with his order, he has 14 days (solar), from the date of receiving the package, to return the products.

By filling out the appropriate RETURN FORM. present at the end of the page :

Time to Love shop reserves the right to be able to assess whether the conditions exist to be able to authorize the return; this assessment may require up to 5 working days.

It also reserves, the right to be able to credit or not, the shipping costs of the replacement product if the problem encountered does not fall within the parameters mentioned by the legal warranty.

Once the return is authorized, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with the warehouse address to be affixed to the outside of the package and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.

Place the summary you received by email previously completed via the return form in the box along with the product(s) to be returned. 

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Prepare the box by applying our warehouse address sheet to the outside.

We will arrange for pickup no later than 30 days if the product is found to be defective.

A team of experts will assess the problem with the customer to give the right assistance. In some circumstances, about products from previous collections, the battery needs to be replaced. We always encourage customers to make the replacement at an authorized store before requesting the replacement of the product itself.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

In the case of Return for Withdrawal, shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the end customer.

The return will be the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In case of Return for damaged or defective product, shipping costs are charged to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Once you fill out the return form on our website, the service department will send the courier to pick up the product and its label to be affixed to the box.

In addition, you will not be charged shipping costs for returns within 14 days of product delivery.

If the problem mentioned in the completed form is not found to be present during service analysis, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product.

REFUND

Refund will be handled within 14 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.

In the event that the customer fails to deliver the package to the courier booked by the company, he or she must subsequently ship the product at his or her own expense.

We reserve the right to proceed to refund the item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, if the product was returned due to defect, the actual nonconformity declared by the end customer.

The hygiene and safety of all our customers, are paramount and for these reasons some products cannot be returned, including:
- Piercing jewelry

All payments made against returned items will be refunded

(with the understanding that the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product)

If the above points are not met, the customer himself will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product.

Using the same payment instrument used for the purchase:

Credit card or Paypal Express or Apple pay etc.

In the case of a product purchased cash on delivery , the customer must provide our customer service department with an IBAN where to receive the refund.

It is worth mentioning that the gift box is not classified as a product, so it is not refundable or exchangeable.

Refund disbursement takes approximately a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the item.

LEGAL WARRANTY

All products on the site have a 24-month legal warranty.

To request warranty service, one should contact customer service, who will provide depending on the brand precise directions on how to proceed.

The timeline about the repair of the product will be about four weeks.

Product warranty is offered exclusively by Time to Love shop (and not by third parties) as many of the products are from non-current collections.

The warranty of our products does not cover:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, water or natural disasters
  • Failure or damage due to misuse, carelessness (bumps, dents, shattering, broken glass, etc.), accidents

  • Unauthorized third party intervention
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustified repair or modification
  • cosmetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches on the case and/or glass, alteration of the strap and peeling of the plating,discoloration due to perspiration, use of cosmetics, perfumes etc.)
  • battery, strap, crown, box
