HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with his order, he has 14 days (calendar), starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return the products.

By filling in the appropriate RETURN FORM on our portal:

Time to Love shop reserves the right to be able to assess whether the conditions exist to authorize the return; this evaluation can take up to 5 working days. It also reserves the right to be able to credit or not, the shipping costs of the replacement product if the problem found does not fall within the parameters mentioned by the legal guarantee.

Once the return has been authorized, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with the address of the warehouse to be applied outside the package and the instructions for returning the product.

Enter the summary received by email previously filled out using the return form in the box together with the product (s) to be returned.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside.

We will arrange the collection within and no later than 30 days if the product is defective.

A team of experts will evaluate the problem with the customer to give the right assistance. In some circumstances, regarding products from previous collections, the battery needs to be replaced. We always encourage customers to make the replacement at an authorized store before requesting the replacement of the product itself.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of Return for Withdrawal , the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the end customer.

The return will be under the responsibility of the final customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In case of Return for damaged or defective product , the shipping costs are at our expense within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Once the return form has been completed on our site, the assistance service will send the courier to collect the product and the relative label to be affixed to the box.

Furthermore, the transport costs for the return within 14 days from delivery of the product will not be charged.

If the problem mentioned in the completed form is not present during the analysis in the assistance, the shipment of the product will be charged to the customer.

REFUND:

The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.

In the event that the customer does not deliver the package to the courier booked by the company, he must subsequently send the product at his own expense.

We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product had been returned for defect, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer.

All payments made for returned items will be refunded

(it being understood that the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product)

If the aforementioned points are not respected, the customer himself will provide for the shipping costs of the product

using the same payment instrument used for the purchase:

credit card or Paypal Express or Apple pay etc.

In the case of a product purchased on delivery, the customer must provide our customer service with an IBAN to receive the refund.

It should be remembered that the gift box is not classified as a product, therefore it is not refundable or replaceable.

The disbursement of the refund roughly takes a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the item.

LEGAL WARRANTY:

All the products on the site have a legal guarantee of 24 months.

To request a warranty claim, customer service must be contacted, which will provide precise instructions on how to proceed depending on the brand.

The timing of the product repair will be approximately four weeks.

The guarantee on the products is offered exclusively by Time to Love shop (and not by third parties) as many of the products belong to non-current collections.

Our product warranty does not cover:

  • defects and damage due to loss, theft, water or natural disasters
  • failure or damage due to misuse, carelessness (bumps, dents, shattering, broken glass, etc.), accidents
  • Intervention by unauthorized third parties
  • failure or damage caused by unjustified repair or modification
  • cosmetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and aging (for example, minor scratches on the case and / or glass, alteration of the strap and peeling of the plating, discoloration due to sweating, use of cosmetics, perfumes, etc.)
