Are your products original?
All the products on the site are new and authentic; they have an instruction booklet, guarantee certificate and original packaging.
Why are the prices so low?
The products on the site are both from new collections and from outlets, therefore they can be sold both at the list price and with greater discounts.
Are your products covered by warranty?
All products enjoy the official 24 month warranty.
To request a warranty claim, customer service must be contacted, which will provide precise instructions on how to proceed depending on the brand.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail and a confirmation SMS from Time to Love shop. In the e-mail you will find a link with which you will be able to check the status of the shipment.
What are the delivery times?
The products are entrusted to the courier within 24 hours following the order (Saturday and Sunday excluded). If they are received before 2.00 pm they will most likely be entrusted to the courier the same day.
