Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the choice made during checkout :

STANDARD SHIPPING :  3 to 5 working days.

INSURED EXPRESS SHIPPING WITH DHL :  24 to 48 H Working.

We are an official partner of DHL and the AICEL consortium.

During checkout you can choose the shipping mode from:

STANDARD or ESPRESS ASSURED DHL.

Of course!

Although cash on delivery (COD) is not an officially recognized payment method worldwide, our company has decided to leave it available as a payment method for all orders with shipments to Italy.

Simply choose as method of payment at checkout :

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email and text message confirmation from Time to Love shop and  By the courier who took charge of the shipment.

The email will contain a link with which you can independently check the status of the shipment and also schedule with the courier the desired day and time slot.

We ship to Italy and all over Europe.

Standard shipping is free for orders with a minimum amount of  50€.

Below that amount, the cost of standard shipping is  5€.

Express shipping has a cost of  7€.

Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of Return for Withdrawal, shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the end customer. The return will be the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the hypotheses described in Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and in particular in the case of the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery. For the return by withdrawal of products with these requirements to be authorized, with particular reference to cosmetic products, they must therefore be returned intact, that is, unused and not even opened.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In case of Return for wrong, damaged or defective product, shipping costs are borne by us.

In addition, you will not be charged for return shipping costs.

 

REFUND

Returns will be handled within 14 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timelines may vary due to transportation delays in the case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue our efforts to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks or to verify , if the product was returned due to defect, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made against the returned items will be refunded, including delivery costs if the purchaser decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, it being understood that we will charge you for any patrimonial decrease in the value of the item, in which case we will refund only the residual value of the product. The disbursement of the refund takes approximately 14 days from the inspection of the item made. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal Express or Apple pay).

You can make a return by filling out the return form in the customer service area or simply  By contacting customer service via call center, email or Whatsapp.

In case you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days*, from the date you receive the package, to return your products.

Bank transfer- You can make payments by bank transfer in all currencies.The coordinates are communicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the billing country. In the reason for the transfer you must indicate the order number to which the payment refers.

Scalapay

an innovative payment method that allows customers to receive products immediately and pay in 3 convenient equal installments due monthly without any interest.

The service has no additional cost to the client.

Warranty

The products enjoy an official two-year warranty.

Before requesting service, verify that the problem encountered is covered by the brand's warranty. To make a warranty claim, send an email attaching a picture of the product and describing the type of problem encountered. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.

You will be able to read what damage is covered by the warranty in the booklet you received with your watch. Damage to the strap, case, or related to falling stones and glitter is not usually covered. Also, shipping costs to the service center are not covered by the warranty.

If your watch has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, you will be able to request service by contacting Customer Service after sending at least 2 pictures of the defective item.
